~Perfect for garnishing seared or raw ahi tuna!
- 6T soy sauce
- 4T mirin
- 2T brown sugar
- dash rice wine vinegar
~Combine all the ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over high heat for about 2 minutes. Turn the heat down to medium high and let simmer for another 3-4 minutes or until the sauce has reduced a bit.
